Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • In Delhi NCR Same Day Delivery with COD

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders (India): Usually delivered within 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Please note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional campaigns.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to track your shipment.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system.


6. Customs & Duties 

  • Aura Al Hind is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.


7. Undelivered Orders

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.

  • Reshipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.


8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged parcel or if any product is missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at auraalhind@gmail.com or +91 81788 61827.

  • Claims raised beyond this timeframe may not be entertained.
